Advertiser Sales Executive

Due to explosive growth of textsensor.com, one of the leading online advertising companies for over 500 media properties, we have recently expanded into new offices. We are now seeking a highly motivated Advertiser Sales Executive to join our inside/outside ad sales team. You will be responsible to initiate, build and maintain long term relationships with small to reputable interactive advertisers and ad agencies across the world and drive sales from them. Previous online ad sales experience is a benefit. Agency experience is highly desirable as the job is also an excellent fit for media directors, planners or buyers looking to move into the sales side. The position offers a very attractive base + commission + bonus structure.
Responsibilities:
- Generate business opportunities for online advertising.
- Setup and optimize new accounts for your client database.
- Engage advertiser and agency decision makers at all levels.
- Plan, prepare and execute high impact meetings with prospects and clients.
- Prospect, evaluate and identify best opportunities and follow up to receive RFPs (Request for Proposal).
- Develop winning selling strategies and proposals.
- Identify and develop a strong understanding of client’s core objectives and challenges.
- Answer customers’ inquiries by email and phone.
- Make cold calls to prospective customers.
- Reports to the Director of Team.
- 1+ years of sales experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Products (Internet Explorer, MS Outlook, MS Word)
- Superior skills in all facets of the sales cycle including prospecting, negotiating and the ability to sell based on value not price.
- Proven communication, presentation and sales skills with a knack for consultative selling
- Excellent communication skills by email and phone.
- Ability to work independently and self motivated.
- Well organized
- Understanding of online agency dynamics and campaign buying and planning is an asset.

Sales Representative
Terms of employment: Full Time, PermanentResponsibilities:
- Generate business opportunities for online advertising
- Setup new accounts and optimize accounts of new and existing clients
- Monitor business accounts and provide support
- Assist in advertising and marketing campaigns
- Conduct marketing research studies
- Identify and solve client problems proactively
- Provide tailor-made services to clients for setting up campaigns
- Handle business development projects
- Answer customers’ inquiries via email and phone
- Maintain good customer relations
- Make cold calls to prospective customers may be required
Requirements:
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Products (Internet Explorer, MS Outlook, MS Word)
- Proficient in oral & written English
- Excellent phone skills
- Self-motivated
- Experience in the e-commerce or Internet advertising industry is an asset
Education:
Diploma or B.A. in relevant field, or equivalent industry experience.
Successful candidate will receive on job training and gain practical experience in the online advertising, e-commerce and web development industry.
