If we determine that a TextSensor account may pose a risk to our TextSensor advertisers, we may disable that account to protect our advertisers' interests.

Ans. Yes, But you have to inform beforehand about any such activity. We may ban your website if we later found that against our knowledge you are driving traffic through this channel.
